- Shoulder - Measure from left shoulder end to right shoulder end.
- Chest - Measure around the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades.
- Hip - Measure the tape around the largest part of the hips.
- Sleeve - Measure from shoulder end to one inches allowance from the wrist.

- Neck - Measure around the middle of your neck(at adam's apple). Allow room for your index finger to sit between the tape and your neck.
- Sleeve - Measure from shoulder end to 1.5 inches allowance from the wrist.
