Liability for delay
While we make every effort to supply items in a reasonable timescale we cannot accept any liability for late delivery or failure to fulfill an order in a particular timescale.

International shipping is via Worldwide Parcel Post which usually arrive between 7 - 9 working days.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all items do not come with a warranty. Items come with a guarantee that they arrive intact and in good condition.

Returns
Domanchi will accept returns on merchandises which may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of the invoice date if defective in manufacture.

A return authorization is required for all returns - this is available through the 'Contact Us' form located on our website. The return authorization number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns must be within 14 days of delivery and should be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. Items must be in the same condition they were sold in, complete with all packaging and accessories as supplied at the time of sale.

Domanchi reserves the right to refuse a return if it has been opened, used or tampered with. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable. All refunds are less original shipping charges. Items that were ordered with a free shipping promotion will be refunded less our original shipping cost.

Q. How is shipping charged? How can I check the shipping cost?
A. Domanchi calculates shipping by weight. We do provide a shipping table for your estimated cost of shipping. For local shipping is at a flat rate of $5.00. To check your shipping cost, view your cart and check out till step 4 when your address is confirmed. Shipping is only calculated when your shipping address is confirmed.

Q. I live outside of Singapore, can I place an order?
A. Domanchi ships worldwide! We have shipped to over 200 countries to date, excluding the Republic of Singapore.

Q. Why should I register with Domanchi?
A. Registration with Domanchi allows you as a customer to a wide range benefits. You can check-out quickly without entering your shipping details and even get newsletters and free e-coupons! The data is never revealed to anyone (read privacy policy). Registration also make your future purchases quicker on checking out.

Q. How are orders delivered to me?
A. Domanchi ships exclusively with First Flight, a reliable and reputable international courier daily. We usually ship out the next day unless your payment is still pending or if the next day is a weekend day (Sat/Sun).

This is a brief look at how shipping works:
  • Customer places order
  • Payment is made via Credit Card/ Paypal
  • If payment clears, item is shipped out the next working day (Mon-Fri) via REGISTERED POST or Worldwide Parcel Post
  • Customer's order status is updated and tracking number is sent via status email from the system

Q. I'm from Singapore and I placed my order 5 days ago. I still have not received it even-though I got a status update that says my order was sent out.
A. Orders usually arrive within 2 - 3 days. If you have not received it, you should check over at www.firstflight.com.sg/trackpage.html with the RR number that is provided from Domanchi. This number is provided in the status email when your order is sent out. This number can be obtained from us anytime after your order has been sent out. Please make sure that someone is at the pick up location to receive the items.

Q. Do you accept COD?
A. Domanchi does not currently accept COD. We are looking into the possibility of COD and hope to implement them in the near future.

Q. Other than Credit/Debit cards, do you accept other forms of payment?
A. Domanchi accepts Credit/Debit cards, Paypal. IBanking and Cheque payments can also be made on request.
